Manage Project Scopes

Project Scopes provide aggregated scope information and provides several useful functions for the estimating process.  Within the project scope tab user can view several scope related items and perform actions against the project scope.

From The Project Scope record, view information about the scope as well as related information including: 

• Takeoffs:  Bluebeam Takeoff Data
• Related Project Task Information
• View and Edit Project Budget Information
• Scope Submittals
• Scope Totals

Labor

• Labor Profit Type:  Pick a Profit type to update for Labor Budgets on the Project Scope
• Labor Profit Percent:  Enter a Profit percent to change
• Cost Category:  If a cost category is selected then only that category will be processed, otherwise all labor budgets will be processed

Purchase

• Labor Profit Type:  Pick a Profit type to update for Purchase Budgets on the Project Scope
• Labor Profit Percent:  Enter a Profit percent to change
• Cost Category:  If a cost category is selected then only that category will be processed, otherwise all purchase budgets will be processed

Expense

• Expense Profit Type:  Pick a Profit type to update for Expense Budgets on the Project Scope
• Expense Profit Percent:  Enter a Profit percent to change
• Cost Category:  If a cost category is selected then only that category will be processed, otherwise all expense budgets will be processed
