Generate Schedule of Values

Schedule of Values is a construction industry specific feature that is used in conjunction with the AIA Billing Process.  As a subcontractor, you must submit a Schedule of Values to the General Contractor at the start of project before AIA Billing Payment applications can be made.  ProjectStream 365 supports automatic generation of the Schedule of Values.

Procedure

  1. From an existing Proposal, make sure that AIA Billing is set to Yes on the Billing Information Tab
  2. Select Process / Generate SOV
  3. System will automatically generate the Schedule of Values
  4. View Schedule of Values from the Fees Tab
