Enter Contract Project Actions

Project Actions are a simple way to manage any type of action that needs to be taken on a project.  Project Actions are like To-Do items that need to be completed.  They can be created, assigned to employee for completion, and provide documentation of what was completed.  Project Actions can be automatically generated from workflows or entered manually from any device.  When captured with a mobile device, integrated camera functionality allows for capturing of pictures or videos to associate with the project actions.

Procedure

  1. From an existing Project or from the Project Actions navigation in Sales or Project Management areas, click + New
  2. Complete the Project Action quick create form

  • Name:  Enter the name of the project action
  • Description:  Enter a long description of the project action
  • Priority:  Select a priority (Standard, Urgent, Critical)
  • Due Date:  Select or enter the action due date
  • Stakeholder: Select from an existing project stakeholder
  • Owner:  Select an owner, note, the owner will be notified via email on critical priority actions
  • Click Save and Close or Save and New to enter another Project Action
