Conduct Lead Follow Up Activities

Lead tracking includes the ability to create follow up / activities.  These activities are created / viewed from the Timeline area of the Project Lead, from the system level Activities area or from Dashboards.

Set the Project Lead Status to Contacted if you have contacted a lead in your Project Lead, then set the status from New to Contacted.  See Change Project Lead Status for more information.

Procedure

  1. From an existing Project Lead, select the Timeline area and click the + button to create a new activity
  2. Choose Activity Type:
    1. Appointment
    2. Email
    3. Phone Call
    4. Task
    5. Booking Alert
    6. Customer Voice alert
    7. Invite Redemption
    8. Portal Comment
    9. Session
    10. Note
  3. Enter Activity details
