Conduct Lead Follow Up Activities
Lead tracking includes the ability to create follow up / activities. These activities are created / viewed from the Timeline area of the Project Lead, from the system level Activities area or from Dashboards.
Set the Project Lead Status to Contacted if you have contacted a lead in your Project Lead, then set the status from New to Contacted. See Change Project Lead Status for more information.

Procedure
- From an existing Project Lead, select the Timeline area and click the + button to create a new activity
- Choose Activity Type:
- Appointment
- Phone Call
- Task
- Booking Alert
- Customer Voice alert
- Invite Redemption
- Portal Comment
- Session
- Note
- Enter Activity details
