Managing Project Leads in ProjectStream 365
Project Leads in ProjectStream 365 are used to track unqualified sales opportunities. These leads represent potential business that has not yet been evaluated or confirmed.
Qualification activities can be recorded and monitored throughout the lead management process. Based on the outcome of these activities, a lead may be Qualified or Disqualified.
When a lead is qualified, it is automatically converted into related records within ProjectStream 365, which may include:
- A new Account
- A new Contact
- A new Proposal
This process helps streamline the transition from potential opportunity to formal project planning and client engagement.
