Lead Managment Overview
Leads in ProjectStream 365 are used to track unqualified sales opportunities. These leads represent potential business that has not yet been evaluated or confirmed.
Qualification activities can be recorded and monitored throughout the lead management process. Based on the outcome of these activities, a lead may be Qualified or Disqualified.
When a lead is qualified, there are 3 options for the type of record that it is qualified to.
- Opportunity
- Proposal
- Service Agreement
Leads can be tracked against existing accounts and contacts OR can capture baseline data for new accounts and contacts. Upon qualification new prospect account and contact data is created if the lead is for new accounts and contacts
