Service Estimating Overview


The service estimating process in ProjectStream 365 begins with entering an Estimate Service Agreement. From there, service sales staff input detailed Service Line Proposals and generate a formal Service Agreement. Follow-up activities are then conducted to engage the client and assess interest. If the proposal is successful, the salesperson proceeds to open the agreement, transitioning it to active Service Execution. If the proposal is not won, the agreement is closed as lost. This structured workflow ensures a clear progression from estimation to execution while maintaining alignment with sales efforts and client engagement.
