Enter a Mobile Appointment Transfer

Transferring to a new appointment completes the current appointment and simultaneously starts a new appointment.  This saves the user effort and prevents any gaps in the user's collected time. 



  1. Open an in-progress appointment
  2. Click Transfer
  3. Select Transfer To:  
    1. Existing Appointment: solution will allow the user to select from currently scheduled appointments
    2. New Appointment:  solution will allow the user to create a new appointment on the fly.
  4. Select the Transfer To Appointment
  5. Accept default or change the Transfer To Status
  6. Click Save


Upon completion of the transfer, the originating appointment is marked completed and the timesheet is updated. The new appointment is automatically started with the transfer set to In Progress status.
