Transfer Inventory Balances
ProjectStream 365 supports multi-location inventory balances. Inventory can be transferred from one location to another using the Inventory Transfer transaction. Locations are established and setup on products. Locations for a product will also be created on-the-fly if the product does not currently have a record for that product location.

Procedure
- Navigate to Project Management / Inventory Trx
- Click + New
- Complete the Inventory Transaction Form
- Transaction Type: Select Transfer
- Product: Select a product (note: can also scan a bar-code of the product number to perform the search for this step)
- From Location: Select the location to transfer the inventory from (e.g. Warehouse)
- To Location: Select the location to transfer the inventory to (e.g. Truck location). If the To location does not exist for that product, it will be added automatically.
